Proton Medical Technologies (“Proton,” “we”) runs protonmedtech.com. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you start a project, we collect your name, work email, company or practice, phone number, your answers about role, device type, stage and timeline, any notes you add, and whether you asked for an NDA.
• Site usage. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, the general location and device type, and which steps of the project form were completed. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a first call and, if you ask, send an NDA. We use analytics to improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we never send your name, email or phone number to Google Analytics.

Confidential details

Please don’t include confidential device details in the project form. If your project needs an NDA, check the box and we’ll send one before we talk specifics.

Videos

Podcast episodes are hosted on YouTube. The YouTube player only loads, and YouTube only receives data, after you press play.

Who else handles it

Our website host and email provider store and deliver form submissions on our behalf. Google provides analytics. Each is bound by its own privacy and security terms.

How long we keep it

We keep project inquiries as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, then delete them when they’re no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out add-on to stop Google Analytics.
